Redesign of public areas

Stylish, even more stylish, Quellenhof: Asset manager “Jagdfeld Real Estate” has now successfully completed the comprehensive renovation of the public areas at its “Parkhotel Quellenhof” property in Aachen, which now presents itself in a completely new look to all restaurant guests and day visitors. The total investment amounts to approximately €630,000.

““After thoroughly modernizing the rooms and suites on the third floor this spring, we have now been able to carry out a comprehensive refurbishment of the public areas around the lobby, the fireplace lounge, the tea room, and the conference rooms. The ‘Quellenhof’ has become more modern and inviting, combining refreshing elegance with a rich tradition,” says Benedikt Jagdfeld, head of “Jagdfeld Real Estate,” which is carrying out the modernization on behalf of the owners.

Dabei haben die Handwerker das Gestaltungskonzept der international renommierten Interior Designerin Anne Maria Jagdfeld in mehrmonatiger akribischer Detailarbeit umgesetzt und Kamin- und Teehalle, Rotunde, Flure, Lobby und die Veranstaltungsräume London, Wien und Lakme des in Angriff genommen und etwa Böden, Decken und Wände vollständig überarbeitet bzw. erneuert und sodann mit neuen Möbeln, Vorhängen und energiesparender Beleuchtung ausgestattet. Ein möglichst ressourcenschonendes Refurbishment stand dabei im Vordergrund, so dass viel aufbereitet werden konnte, statt es entsorgen zu müssen. Erst im Frühjahr hatte „Jagdfeld Real Estate“ knapp drei Millionen Euro in die grundlegende Modernisierung von 33 Zimmern und Suiten im „Parkhotel Quellenhof“ investiert.
